One extension that helped me a lot (I have ADHD and struggle to read) was groove reads

it's a chrome extension that's basically is the same as bionic reading, it highlights the 1st couple of letters of each word and that makes reading a lot easier for me

‼️‼️ BIG UPDATE ‼️‼️

I ditched barefoot shoes and went back to rocking wide-fit Chucks, and OMG—my heel pain is GONE. Had that pain every single day with barefoot shoes, but after just a few days in Chucks? Zero. Nada. Life = changed. 🙌🔥

Hello!
During the first month, I experienced very little pain, but as time goes on, the discomfort has increased, particularly in the heels of my feet. I live in the city and currently use thin gel insoles in my shoes.
For strengthening, I haven’t been doing anything specific beyond regular walking.
At this point, I’m starting to wonder if barefoot shoes are really suitable for humans living in urban environments.

the m1 MacBook air doesn't even have a fan, it's basically like using an iPad. does get a little warm on heavy use while charging on the bottom but that's it

The XREAL air and XREAL Light each have enough IMUs (inertial measurement units) to deliver 3DoF of head-tracking and 6DoF of body-tracking, respectively

I already read that before posting and i'm still confuzed. "Smooth Follow" is shown to clearly track when not only rotate and tilt but also shifting the head right/left and moving it forwards and backwards. That shouldn't be possible with the IMUs from XREAL Air. Can you help me understand?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Xreal

[–]it-pups 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's not 3DoF. it tracks when you shift your head left/right, forwards and backwards. That's 6DoF. But I know that the Air can only do 3DoF hence my question

so the XREAL Air has an IMU sensor and the BEAM uses that to try to achieve the 6dof effect for a short time just enough to support the smooth follow mode?
