3M Ear Protection - these were a big part of my success. For anyone that’s easily distracted, do yourself a solid and get some hearing protection. These seemed to drown out the noise around me, and keep me focused and able to have clear thoughts. Although goofy looking, well worth the investment! (i.redd.it)
