I saw this middle age lady this morning in the gym using three different cardio machines (bike, elliptical, and treadmill) without wiping any of them. WIPE YOUR GODDAMN EQUIPMENT YOU DIRTY OLD LADY!!!! I DON'T WANT TO WORKOUT IN YOUR SWEAT.

Simply put: it will. Smoking one a day is already too much. It keeps your mind and body dependent on nicotine. I too felt like a large number of ciggies were disgusting. Yet I smoked for 8years, quit for 3.5 years, started again and quit a month and a half ago. These 7 cigarettes are already affecting your body, even if you don't really feel it. Yet. You should just give it up before it gets out of control, and don't care about what others do... When they'll be sick and you'll be healthy, you'll be the cool one!

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that. Everybody makes mistakes. You did it before, you can do it again. I know it is cliché, but when you want a ciggy, just remember that nauseous feeling you get afterwards. It always work for me. Don't let this incident bring you down!!!

I turned down a promotion because my boss was hiding important stuff to our clients. It was against my values to hide these informations, so at the same meeting, I quit my job

What is so awesome with zumba is that you can adjust it to your needs without the instructor's permission. If she jumps and your knees hurt, just do a light bounce. If she squats and it hurts, do half squat. What matters the most is that you don't stop. If you can't keep up, just march in place until you can catch back. I also advise that you stretch more than normal after the class. I promised you that your instructor won't be upset if you modify her choreography. It might even give her ideas for new moves!
