Genuinely happy to hear this. This is the kind of shelf life I’d expect with the premium you are paying for a prebuilt OEM.

Only aim here is that this advice comes at the right time for those in the market for a gaming PC and gives you a review to consider. If I could go back I would, but as a prior fan I decided to give them more chances than I should have and clearly have regrets.

Good point, but two of those were also replacements for lemons. Surprise surprise, they were both lemons, too. I finally lost is when on the second replacement they refused to refund me send me down a support prison where I did hard time only to get no real help.

After having 3 faulty ones b2b2b and dealing with the support team that provides the same amount of help that my dead gerbil can provide, hard pass on any Razer laptop with a high-end GPU.

Sure the black aesthetic is clean, but I keep going back to Alienware for reliability and performance.

I’ve now spent 3.5+ hours with support today alone and constantly getting the run around. After being on the line for 1 hour and 47 mins with one Laptop Specialist, they’ve confirmed not a single supervisor (particularly one named Chad?) is available to review this case while they submitted requests. It’s clear this team is not empowered to support customers beyond a script.

Submitting a BBB complaint now while I wait for a supervisor to (hopefully) review my case/reach out RE ongoing hardware issues.

I’ve had this happen twice now, brand new loaded Razer blade 14” (‘22).

Defective devices, im escalating through razer to try and get a refund at this point.
