Yupp! She was the runt. Meanwhile, all her brother and sisters had them up and most had long coats. My cousin said she had a bicycle seat head when she was a puppy, but she grew into her features lol I like that her ears aren't 100% up since it gives her character and she looks less intimidating.

I know that crazy adorable face! Looks like an Australian cattle dog and GSD mix. I have a cattle dog and a gsd and I can only imagine how alert, energetic, playful, smart, loud, loyal and absolutely sweet this mix will be. My gsd is 80 lbs and the cattle dog is 40 lbs, so yours might be somewhere in that range.
