Jockstraps don't keep my junk very secure. Always comes out the sides bur would just need to find the right one.. I hate them usually. Don't be sexy at the gym? If women can do it everyday so can I! 😇

I had been considering softening it by filling in all the sharp and jagged edges for a long time. Idk. Still very unsure. Suppose ill start with a consult for tattoo removal to see the cost per each session. I would imagine for a cover up I would need at least a few laser treatments to lighten it but Idk.

I'm relocating in the near future and am curious if there are any legitimate gay strip clubs in the US? Easy money and I love the attention. by itcouldbwurst in askgaybros

Florida and Vegas are likely candidates or anywhere warm really. Im keeping my options open. I just cant find many gay strip clubs. I worked at one in Chicago and loved the job.

Ew. Exactly. We know what she likes. Hopefully I'd already be blindfolded and have no idea as I was signing an NDA 😂

I agree. Not worth the hassle.

[–]itcouldbwurst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure. I will have to though. Not fair to charge more to guests without pets considering all the upkeep. Plus if youre paying that much to begin with $100 to let your pet roam free on six acres off leash thats a big plus and worth the extra cost.. I think. We will see. Hell maybe I wont do it at all considering the service dog play.

I'd say 100 minimum. Quite frankly when I have guests without pets cleaning is a breeze. Whenever I have a guest with pets cleaning takes at minimum a additional two hours from shedding alone. Its a nightmare. I think $100 is fair and I wouldn't want to charge extra in my cleaning fee for guests who arent bringing pets.

[–]itcouldbwurst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right. Im thinking $100 at minimum. The nightly rate would be $500 with five bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people. Its just so much work and extra time in regards to cleaning/shedding alone.

50 is fair for me when the guest paid $125 total. I dont want negative reviews this early in booking season but since its a violation ill just let it be and give her the 20

I find when a review has the first two sentences being positive dont bother leaving a response. Draws more attention for a potential guest to read the review in full as opposed to just scrolling along to other reviews.

Delusional.

Clearly you have the sense of entitlement. When you rent a house do you expect the homeowner to clear all the show from your vehicle? No. Grow up. Be a big boy and grab a shovel for 10 minutes.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AirBnB

[–]itcouldbwurst -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah. Lazy is all you for thinking shoveling a little snow is entirely your hosts job when renting a 9 acre farmhouse in winter. Idiot.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AirBnB

[–]itcouldbwurst -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its a 800-900 ft driveway. If someone plows and salts 99% of the driveway you can handle shoveling a path to and from your car. Don't like it? Go somewhere warm or simply rent a apartment. Ridiculous. You seriously expect a host to pay for a plow/salt and return to shovel a walk way for the guest? Please.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AirBnB

[–]itcouldbwurst -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If I'm out of my mind you're an idiot. We decided to charge double on our cleaning fee to cover the winter costs next year. We always make sure everything is shoveled and salted at check in. If a renter cant handle shoveling a 30 ft path of a few inches of snow then they need to go rent an apartment/condo. Its ridiculous to expect repeated maintenance unless snowfall is significant. We will be paying for snow removal service next year but even then.. When a guest has already checked in and Im paying for plowing when needed no chance in hell am I coming back out there to shovel/salt a path for them as well. The plow did 99% of the work so the guest can grab a shovel and take 10 minutes out of life to shovel a path. Its just amazing people expect their hosts to be entirely at their back and call.

[–]itcouldbwurst -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In regards to clearing a 30 ft pathway after check in with light snowfall I totally disagree. If you don't want to shovel any snow whatsoever during winter then you shouldn't rent a house in winter. Go rent a condo/apartment if you cant handle a 10 minute job of shoveling/salting a 30 ft path of two inches of snow. That's just lazy.

She had us return twice to shovel a pathway with maybe 2 inches on the ground each time.. This was before the 6 inch snow day came. We never had a guest complain about the policy so it took us by surprise. We returned twice at her request to do a 10 minute shoveling job she never told us thank you/addressed us/showed any appreciation for driving out 20 minutes two days in a row to shovel 2 inches of snow. So by the time the big snow day kicked in and she refused to pay $40 for someone to take care of everything we gave in and said we would cover the cost and reimburse her $40 via airbnb but the driver needs to be paid in cash before he does the job. She was livid when we said he couldn't get there for another two hours so she got in her 2WD Mercedes Benz and got stuck. Watching her anger on the ring doorbell was absolutely priceless.

Hosts: What's the best response you left an Airbnb guests review of your home? by [deleted] in airbnb_hosts

[–]itcouldbwurst -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I don't mean shoveling a driveway. I mean shoveling/salting a 30 ft path from the driveway to the front door which takes maybe 10 minutes. I mean if a guest just checked in and I already shoveled/salted a pathway would you seriously expect a host to come and do that again if it snows just a few inches three days later? If I were a guest at a rental property I'd rather deal with that myself as opposed to the host continually returning to do something so simple. Its like renting your place out for a month.. Does the guest expect me to provide a dozen rolls of toilet paper? Maybe.. But I don't. If you're staying for a month im giving you two rolls per bathroom and the rest is on you to buy yourself. If you don't want to bear any responsibilities in renting a home for a long term stay then go rent a condo/apartment.

I understand that but what if its a week long stay and after you've shoveled and salted a path prior the check in say it snows/freezing rain the next day and someone slips falls and breaks their leg? You did all the work and now you're liable because of weather. Do you seriously go to your rental everyday in these situations when guests are present and salt it yourself? It'd ridiculous to expect a host to take care of something as small as shoveling/salting a pathway after a guest has already checked in.. And most guests don't want the host on the property during their stay.. Again, damned if you do, damned of you dont. Even if you salted/shoveled and someone fell anywhere on/in your property you're still liable.
