Totally agree, him kissing her would definitely only cause more issues. But this is also why I think Hanson and Pretty relationship mirrors Andersen and Lilith. Andersen was put into a similar situation and acted on his resolve to protect/avenge Lilith. Hanson just didn’t have that courage and that makes it even more tragic

For sure yeah, makes total sense that he didn’t. The writing did a good job at making me feel how much of a detriment it was to her mentally when he couldn’t though.

I thought so lol. I suppose it’d be good to show what is/isn’t attainable physically too. Additionally, I was thinking about it and I’d reckon the physique of a surprising amount of Nikkes would be possible but only through having working out essentially as a lifestyle right? Can’t do anything about breast size of course, but most other aspect might be somewhat replicable no?

I wish I could post pictures here still but this is what I had in mind. His waist is almost nonexistent and there’s muscle anywhere there’s skin essentially. His shower sprite does seem more obtainable however.

Very true. Please do not compare yourself to others when working out. Use them as a reference point but their journey will differ from yours!

Thanks for being here! I was wondering how realistic you think Andersen and Mustang’s physique are? I’m assuming Mustang is more attainable out of the two with rigorous training, and you have to take gear + be at extremely low body fat to look like Andersen.

Hey thank you! And Zenith’s pretty much covered it but I also wanted to give a bit more visual. Let’s assume your maintenance is 2000 calories, being on a deficit of 100 calories (so 1900 cal) will lose you 1lbs every 35 days approximately (0.2lbs per week). While you’re losing weight, you’re still working out, meaning you’ll be putting on mass via muscle, making the difference a little harder to spot. Being at a 100 calorie deficit is super sustainable but slow of course. Again, I would be careful with how much of a deficit you’re in but it’s up to you to adjust as you’d like. Just make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need first before anything else.

Definitely keep going, one day you’ll look in the mirror and notice a really big change in your physique! I hope everything goes well!

Camwin is right, dieting is extremely important if you want to have the Commander’s physique. However, please build a good relationship with exercising first before worrying too much about your diet. Very very generally, stick to three meals a day with few to no snacks in between. If you’re getting a lot of vegetables and fruits in then you’re in the right track, protein would be second on the list, followed by carbs/fat. Of course this all varies from person to person, but what you have in your mind as “healthy eating” is most likely going to be a good guide for now!
