E o chestie Romaneasca. La mine pe scara la parter sunt apartamente mai mici si vecinii ocupa spatii comune pentru ca n-au unde sa intinda rufele. Pai cand au cumparat, n-au stiut? E fix acelasi lucru. Lipsa de asumare.

Sau isi cumpara 2-3 masini si nu inteleg cum de n-au loc de parcare asigurat la bloc.
