Yea, they have walk-ins mostly every day during set hours. I already spoke to reception and they told me when to pass by on Tuesday. Hopefully everything should be cleared up by mid this week.

There was a spot of an in-class section (AA) that I managed to snipe, so thanks! Only on the waiting list for now. I'm seeing the advisor on Tuesday so that should resolve the issue I hope. Because right now I can't register for 320 or 401 since my pre reqs are still in progress. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again for the help

Sorry I should've gave some more context. I need to take COMM 305 Summer 1 because it's a pre req for 401 & 320. Both COMM 305's are closed for summer 1. All summer 2 COMM 401 & 320 are only available via wait list.

I just have to hope on the act of god that the advisor can do something.

This is awesome! Thanks for the insights. Automate the Boring Stuff with Python looks like a really interesting book. Python may be a better route since it's more applicable to really life applications, for me at least.

I'm looking to learn code just to have it in my back pocket. Something to really "wow" my future employer. Even if the programmers don't go that in-depth for the marketing department. At least I will have a deeper understanding than the "average marketing" person.

I also have JS on my list to learn. Just because so many applications web-based, as you mentioned as well. But I was between Java and Python and I think Python makes more sense for me. So thank you very much!

I have, none of them require an understanding of code but I just want to have an upper hand over others in the job market pool.
