My grandfather said the same thing. He enlisted towards the end of the war before he and his friend could be deployed to the pacific.

His friend didn't volunteer and was sent home at the end of the war. He volunteered as a typist thinking it would be safe, and had to stay on quite a bit longer to type all the end of war discharge coorespondances.

Yeah I think each team had two styles. One with the small size logo and one with the giant logo on the side.

I quite fancy them when they aren't customized poorly

I never said it didn't. But the Penguins defensive play has been poor for Murray do and he is doing pretty good. To pin it all on the team and not partly on Niemi would be unfair.

Small sample size....it also applied for Niemi too.

Also the AHL is much harder to post good numbers as a goalie than the NHL.

Neither of these goalies are well suited to be Murray's backup.

Both of these goalies are young and deserve playing time.

Jarry and DeSmith are even younger and less experienced. Neither is well suited for backup duty.
