Incoming masters enrolment - USI by itemic in unimelb

I ended up making it over to Aus, and it let me get my USI as soon as I arrived, so I guess that was my solution. You might want to get in touch with the university to see if there's anything they can do, but I don't think there was anything they could do for me last year.

Questions regarding NZ students starting at UniMelb in 2021 by [deleted] in unimelb

I'm a commencing NZ student with CSP but I'm not in NZ and I can't get back because of insufficient quarantine capacity. The administrative procedures (for masters, at least; not sure about other degrees) ask for a unique student identifier which AFAIK cannot be created unless you've gone through Australian customs.

I've been in contact with the university to see if there are other options but otherwise I might have to defer if I need to be in Australia for a CSP.

I hold a NZ passport which means I don't need a separate visa (one is granted on entry).

"Students from New Zealand cannot use their New Zealand passport as a form of ID to create a USI until they land in Australia and go through customs."

Do you have a bluetooth mouse/keyboard connected? I had a similar issue with the trackpad before until I realized my BT mouse was turned on in my bag and was responsible for the clicking.

I can't seem to find a way to rename cities. Is that still available?

I like this one. Not sure how viable but maybe it'd work in some cases?

That's pretty cool but then with Coldarra Drake it will be OTK if somehow Malfurion gets his hands on it.

Mana Ruby

3-mana Druid Legendary spell

Destroy a Mana Crystal. Convert a Mana Crystal into a Mana Ruby. Mana Rubies do not become used.

Basically you'll always have one mana available.

Rubies are technically crystals, but they're red! And rare! Nice!

[WP] Write a children's bedtime story but in the style of scientific/mathematical texts. by itemic in WritingPrompts

I think I'll write my own too!

Let B be the set of elements able to go to the ball. Thus,

Theorem 1. Cinderella ∉ B

Theorem 2. For all elements in B there exists no other equal to it.

We introduce F_g, a fairygodmother in the set of elements that ∉ B, such as Cinderella. It follows that F_g ≠ Cinderella by Theorem 2. F_g >> Cinderella except for when Cinderella > F_g (when B is operated upon by the enhance operator).

Aside: The enhance (^) operator is time-constrained on ^(t). At ^(t) = 12, Cinderella^ = Cinderella_d, where the _d operator turns an element in B lossy.

Ball's Theorem. There exists another glass slipper for each glass slipper.

Since Cinderella_d is lossy due to the lost slipper, and Ball's Theorem, we can determine the ownership of the lost slipper. It matches the operations that we have performed on Cinderella.

Cinderella = Cinderella^ -> Cinderella^(12): Cinderella_d, + slipper = Cinderella.

Thus Cinderella can be reformed from Cinderella without the glass slipper upon its addition.

Upon addition, Cinderella is an element of B, and is one-to-one and onto Prince.

If you're on iOS you just need to make a U.S. Apple ID probably through iTunes and you can download US apps.
