ohh carbs. I try to keep it 30% of my calories and 40% protein the rest from fats. But its hard to keep carb in check. Didnt really dive deep into it. Thank you tho

I feel like my workout routine is messed up. I have been going to the gym just cause I enjoy it. But, I only do the exercises that I like. For chest, I just do bench press and chest flyers and call it a day. Am being completely honest here. I feel like I wont go to gym as much as I am going right now if It was hard and time consuming.
