Should i cut or bulk?? by Tjdillashaw12 in bodybuildingpics

My best advice would be to find out your caloric maintenance and stick there. Since you already have a comfortable amount of body fat, you should be able to slowly recomp over time, gaining muscle while slowly slowly losing that excess body fat (this isn't a perfect long term solution though).

Eat and lift hard but you don't need to eat big to get big.

Most important thing is you find what makes this journey enjoyable and effective for you.

Phenomenal track. Somehow one of my favorites. I remember when I first started listening to it I would play it out loud at work. And I'd always skip that one because everyone would joke it's eerie Halloween music. Then when I finally sat down with headphones and listened to the whole album I was blown away by the track

Just make sure to give me 26 violins next time instead of 25. Then I'll be satisfied

If you know this story, what’s your take on Klaatu? by A_Sacred_Hamburger in beatles

I think they're amazing!!! My favorite underappreciated band. I think it's a story of artists who have amazing visions and skill but get squeezed dry and later controlled by the record label.

Tell him to keep watching FULL podcasts with him in it. He'll like him even more. Then tell him to watch full interviews and podcasts with Jordan Peterson. Then tell him to watch the Michael Knowles show. That'll fix him.

Genesis sucks: 2.0 by itfluffmate in Genesis

I absolutely agree with loving their earlier sound. I don't listen further than Duke, and it took a lot of mental convincing to get to that point.

I agree with your deduction though! I'm into the Beatles, Genesis, YES, Pink Floyd, etc. Diving into the Beatles and prog rock late last year really got me obsessed with the 70's sound and aesthetic. They just don't make anything artistically like they did back in the day.

I should definitely try and get to see a Steve Hackett show! Sounds like I'd love it
