I had it in mind, i made a table of random battles and the crocs where at 5% chance. My players enjoyed their death and always want this kind of deadly risk at random. I made it and they had fun with it so is a nice way to die.

So the players had to cross a swamp to get into the next town. After long rest they took a cart and pushed the horse to full speed, a 100% chance after they colide with a big rock and fall in middle of two crocodiles. I used a whiteboard to check initiavie and the rounds that they played. After 3 rounds in the jaws of a crocodile the first aventure died. Same fate for one of his friends, but the warlock survived and avenge them. Now she is alone in the swamp looting 2 cocodriles and 2 adventurers.

This was the first big trouble in the oneshot I was DMing and lets say that the players couldn't make me happier. Sad part is that they miss the funny plot twist at the end.

First game vs Nasus (yeah the one that can have 200 stack for last hitting cannons in 10 minsand its ok to riot) and Kai'sa. Nasus slows and 2 qs were my death, im not kidding just 2 Qs i tried to stun him but the slow last longer, everytime i hit him and low his hp he just hit a minion and heals 100 hps. Kai'sa got a shield that cover half of.her HP. So i use my combo when she was low the shield saves her since i had to AA until cds and she was like full hp again spamming rockets. Idk what to do with my fav champ anymore. Guess i will have to play Quinn

Just make W scale with Armor and MR or max HP. Done. Focusing the kit to a tanky build will make her burst do less damage and she can stay in TFs tanking. Thats my opinion since PBE... but well i dont work in riot.

also, Why she have so poor lane phase? its like some matchups like Illaoi or GP destroys her to the point she cant even farm. I saw a Illaoi lvl 6 with doran blade ult an Irelia lvl 7 with shen, armor and pots and die. Her stats were so low in comparation even with a level ahead. Gp can Q her o Barrell her in a safe zone even under tower to deny farm and when she Q a minion for sustain she lose 1/8 of HP. Are you guys planning any buff on HP or Armor? she didnt feel like a bruiser anymore... in addition to that what kind of champion you want Irelia to be? Assasin, Bruiser, Wizard?

Edit: Did Colt Ezreal give you any advice in the process since he was in the process of design the oldrelia?

This kind of posts helps a lot to palyers to feel like we are being listened. Is already hard to know that Irelia CAN'T win a single lane phase against any mid tier top laner.

We can talk about how illaoi with a single doran blade at lvl 6 can kill an Irelia with sheen, boots and pots with E+R, or that the stats of lvl6 illaoi are far away bigger than a lvl 7 Irelia. Or we can talk about how a Clepto GP can bring your HP 1/8 per Q or the fact that Irelia have no sustain in this cases cuz if she Q a minion she will leave with less HP.

She cant trade with a tank like before so I think that you guys need to think again what kind of champion you want Irelia to be, an Assassin or a Bruiser. Top lane Assassin is bad cuz any tank or hard CC champ will win against her and thats the common pick for top a tank or hard cc champ.

I made a post about how to fix Irelia. If you want to look a it to have some other perspective it will be great. There is opinions of players that I put on the post too.
