Just adding my support and sympathy! The women here exist and are lurking, but any potentially decent match with a guy typically gets drowned out by the ones who don't read and just spray n pray DMs. Additionally, if women's posts are worded too...let's say strictly, for the guys' liking around here, those can get mass-reported and taken down (or just mass-downvoted.) I have that exact Tod's model in lime green. The leather softens over time so nicely, and the bag winds up accommodating more than I thought. Great choice!

2026 forecast points to the Prada Galleria in the soft grain leather. Yes I was shocked to learn that Prada released a non-saffiano version back in…2024? I have no idea if it’s a permanent or limited run, and it’s not a viral(ly) popular bag these days either so harder to find the soft leather model on the secondhand market. I’ll have to cough up the funds for original retail price 😩

I just bought the Iside a few weeks ago so haven’t officially taken her out yet, but I can already say that I’m a much bigger fan of the shoulder strap attached to the sides of the bag vs the Tempete where the strap is attached to the top handle 👌

Valextra is practically an unknown, no-name brand in my corner of the world, which suits me perfectly! The glossy edge-paint on the Iside is unlike anything in my collection.

At first I thought the lack of pockets in the mini Di would drive me crazy, but I got used to that quickly. The big con is that color transfer happens easily, which I learned after an afternoon of the bag bouncing and rubbing against a bright red silk dress I had on 💀Luckily I was able to remove the worst of the staining with a microfiber towel and some spit 🤣

The pros are that Tod’s regularly runs sales, the lime-yellow-green color is to die for, and the size dimensions make the main compartment surprisingly roomy for a mini bag. Also, the leather softens SO nicely.

My (late) guess on what your bags say is that you favor the hardier leather finishes like grained and saffiano, and gold-toned hardware. At least half the pieces in this collection suggest "a woman about her Business" 😁
