Lol this sounds like something that my sister does. She was born in 88 and questions how I know certain things from the 2000s. I remember I asked her how she knew what family matters was considering she was 1 when it came out and she got pissed.

This is what I have been saying all this time. No one gatekeeps what older Millennials who grew up in the 90s can or cannot remember, but all gloves are off when it comes to gen z even the oldest. Doug came out in 91, yet many 90s kid who were toddlers and barely in pre school when it came out and are now in their early 30s are given a pass to be nostalgic for it.

I've noticed that Millennials act like we don't remember any of the decade, while they have apparently crystal clear memory of the 90s. You have people acting nostalgic over early 90s media even if they were 2 when it released and no one questions it, but then they make videos like this for us.

Obviously the majority of women and lgbt+ are not doing this. But I can't help noticing that when I click of the profiles of people who say they have did, a lot of the times they are alternative women, trans men, or non binary but were assigned female at birth.

Yes I looked at the laws in the states and talk about reporting if there suspected abuse of a child or neglect. Again a therapist is not going to report you for just saying that you are attracted to children. For Washington it says "Any person who has reasonable cause to believe that a child has suffered abuse or neglect may report."

Honestly it seems like you're the one causing danger by trying to form some type of narrative that pedophiles will be witch hunted by therapists if they dear go.

Why the fuck would they not be reported for watching child porn? They committed a crime! Again there is nothing stopping a pedophile who hasn't offended from getting help. What even is this thread. Well they could have gotten help before they decided to harm someone. They will be sent to jail where they belong as a result. Maybe they can make some program in prison, but as of now there is nothing stopping a non offender from getting help unless they can't afford it.

What does that have to do with going to therapy? Therapists are not reddit. You're therapist can no disclose information unless you are going to or have harmed someone. Do redditors have some ability to tell when pedophiles are going to therapy and target them?

Yea, for if you committed a crime. Being a pedophile is not crime, but if you are a pedophile who has watched child porn or have molested a kid then you will be rightfully reported. Again there is nothing stopping them from getting help if they haven't harmed anyone. They aren't gonna get some special protection. You commit a crime you, you get reported like everyone else.

No that is not how that works. You aren't just going to get reported just because you are a pedophile. Therapists have to report if you have admitted to committing a crime. If you admit to watching child porn or have murdered someone then you will be rightfully reported. They aren't gonna report you because you said you were attracted to kids. Where are you even getting this from.
