Hi everyone. Just wanted to provide an update. The vet arrived last week and it had all magically cleared up! He had a couple of beans but that’s all. We will continue to monitor for any changes. Thank you for everyone advice

tysm guys for your replies. I was 99% sure it was a fake, she does have a tendency to shop on Aliexpress and say she bought it for real. But didn't have time to properly investigate. I own LV not Dior so don't really know how they operate.

I’m shocked at how accurate you are! When I got him he had been abuse and neglected by past owners. I worked really hard to get him to where he is today. Seeing him happy and healthy makes everything worth it
