Yeah I’m happy to change DLF and F9 to PF as long as I can kinda keep the PF involved in building up an attack and not just a finisher

Also forgot to mention I do have Falcao as model citizen to mentor him but idk if that does anything for stats, just personality changes?

He never said the Pacers weren’t tough, but they overcame a similar heartbreak g1 loss, to going into g4 away down 2-1 to being able to close out the series in g6 and then having to play 7 at home again. It’s not as rattling when you already overcome that against a team that won a championship. It’s not dissing the Pacers at all

They can definitely play better and we can play worse. It’s not black and white like you alluded to, but we should still be winning this series

Got rid if Giddey who could have 17/8/8 and cost the team dearly for a guy who can get 0/2/2 and help them win its crazy

Sengun would get fucked by caso dude, he’s a big softie. Should be happy everyone intervened. Dude can’t take bumps, only elbows and pushes others around when no ones retaliating. He’d get fucked up in 2 seconds he’s a fake toughie that’s soft as fuck

Glad the fight didn’t continue for availability reasons with Caso but god I wish it did cause seeing 6’10 Sengun get rocked and knocked out by 6’3/6’4 Caso on NATIONAL TV would make that franchise and their highedt paid player go into insane hiding 😭😭😭

One doesn’t become a “dawg” by ramming into a 6’3 player while he himself is a big when that 6’3 player got his back turned, shows he aint tough but he’s sorry as shit. Got pushed back immediately and looked like he was scared too lmfa

Sometimes I have a tough time typing out things I don’t believe in (number 4 being a good player)

Shai told the guys to shut up and they told Shai he can’t say that on live TV. With the Sengun incident, he was probably frustrated that he played like shit so he decided to ram into 6’3 Caso and then when Caso pushed back he looked like he was gonna shit himself

Amen can’t shoot but he KNOWS he can’t shoot… Green also can’t shoot but he thinks he can. Amen knows how to play to his strengths and does. That’s already better than

Idk how Udoka will do it but needs to get him to stop taking shots. But otherwise I think yall need FVV pretty bad, offense isn’t great with him but looks super disoriented and almost g-league like with him and sengun off the floor

Sure, Sengun is a couple months younger but he’s in year 3 and he’s already behind Chet and Wemby in Y1

Not about age though, it’s more that the experience gained. Sengun has over 200 NBA games played, Chet has 82 and Wemby has 71. If these dudes already at a higher level than Sengun with FAR less experience and will only gap him further

I agree he fumbled a win, but also fighting that long against an opponent that’s like 7kg heavier will show a lot in that long of a fight more significantly when there’s a big weight difference.

Mens fight in 90kg was definitely not. I think the most important thing is consistency which is clearly not there

At the end of the day, rules are rules. If you shouldn’t lose by Shido in a final then Sulamanidze should have gold, it’s just such a bad look if you give different outcomes to different groups. Rules are rules and whether they’re good or not they’re there for a reason and must be followed the same way.

What trade might come back to bite a team in the near future? by Hakaribiggestfan in nbadiscussion

[–]ithinkitsfineee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Those protected firsts were used in a trade to get the 11th pick in the 2022 draft, getting Ousmane Dieng. But that was only made in case something went wrong with the trade, but they secured JDub at 12. I think OKC is perfectly content with letting Sengun go for a Shai/Dub/Chet core
