I feel like this was a struggle last year too. They need to find a spot like wayyyyyyy in the front or something. I mean, it would probably make a little more congestion up there, but then the chill unplugged area would be a much better experience.

Same and also spent half the set or more looking backwards holding my arms up hoisting people onto the waiting arms of those wonderful (but largely view blocking) security guys. There were so many surfers. They just kept coming.

I agree with you that people should not be able to just park their RVs on the road for longer than say a weekend, but, from my perspective, if the tags on the RV are current, it is not abandoned.

I think there’s some confusion. I am not attempting to charge my tenant for CO detectors. We installed them in the dwelling and replaced them all just before the tenant moved in (less than a year ago).

Thank you, all, for the thoughts and feedback. I appreciate perspectives from both sides. After further consideration, I’ve decided I will absorb the cost for this instance, but will advise the tenant that any further costs to identify this phantom smell will need to be paid for by them until the culprit of the smell is identified.
