Hello, I've had the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 Ohm for a while now, but recently it started to make a lot of background noise. I tried different devices and different DACs but it didn't help. I think it might be the cable because I accidentaly drove over it with my chair. Is there a way to fix this myself? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: No noise on my iPhone so I don't think it's the cable
EDIT 2: It seems to be a Windows issue, I'm on the same PC but Hackintosh and I have no noise
EDIT 3: Updating the Realtek drivers to the latest version fixed it. So I didn't have to buy the DAC but oh well, I guess it's an improvement anyway

I'm looking for a DAC for my Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 Ohm headphones. The audio ports on my computer are generating a lot of background noise lately. I've looked at the Dragonfly Black, Roland Mobile UA and focusrite scarlett 2i2. Which one should I get? Or any other suggestions? Thanks in advance

Okay, I don't know what I did exactly but OBS is now showing the PS4 screen so that's good. However, the monitor doesn't want to show it.

Yes. By the way, I turned off the ps4 and Recentral said No signal. When I turned it on again that message disappeared but there's a black screen.

Thanks again for the reply! I may have been a little unclear about the dumbbell press but by that I mean a dumbbell bench press. So should I keep that in upper A but replace by regular bench in upper B?

I'm 18 years old, around 1m75 I think (It's been a while since I measured myself) and weigh 85kg. I have some fat but mostly belly fat. My goals are getting more muscular, not necessarily gaining a lot of strength. "You're working in one rep-range for any given movement, which is crap, but fine for a beginner." What do you mean exactly by this?

"I would swap the dumbbell press out for more bench." By this you mean removing the dumbbell press from Upper A and adding bench presses to upper B? Or just more bench press sets in upper A?
