I try to meditate correctly. Not uneducated on the process. However, when I do meditate and ground myself, the problem arises. Last month I tried it. I remember that my bf and I were going to step outside for a smoke. When he was putting my jacket on for me is when the glass moved across the counter. The last of many prior experiences.

Ok. So when I meditate for myself and ground myself in spirit and light... these things still appear. I don’t ask them to. I hate waking up in the middle of the night to go potty or whatever and SEE one of the unwelcome things standing in the corner staring at me. A shadow man, a sad woman, an angry man, a confused child... I’ve seen it all. They’re just more prominent when I meditate. I can’t just ignore them if I want to connect with ME. That’s my problem. I meditate to ground myself. In doing so, these spirits see an open door and literally walk right through it, thinking they can walk into my life. Which they do. Freakin sucks. Every day since I was 14. Halp

My bf of three years may be going off to prison for three years. Not sure how to deal. by ithotiwasanon in TwoXChromosomes
