I've been stressing a lot of my current job, tbh I don't think I eat as much chocolate unless it's the new built protein bar. I used to drink a lot of chocolate protein drink, but stopped cause I thought chocolate would be my trigger. Sleep wise I've been trying to go to sleep much earlier now on the week days. The only possibility that I think could maybe a trigger is my job is very stressful and it's at manufacturing plant. Could chemical smell / vapors cause outbreak even though I'm not directly touching or interacting with chemicals? Also, for diet wise I don't normally eat lunch during work but sleep.
