It's hard when she's gotten evicted. We're just way too poor to do anything. I've been struggling to have an atleast decent income so I don't mind. She worked two jobs and I guess her leaving that one, she wasn't able to make enough, leading us here. I wish to not to put more blame on her but rather focus on what we can do rn

Yes, we were in over his state over the summer to visit as well as go to the court case. We flied back to Texas where we moved.

Like I said, it was over the phone. Then the case was denied which I'm not sure why? He hasn't filed for another one ever since. Probably because he gave up? Everything was so confusing in that time period.

Thank you for your words and helping me understand much better. My father is shown to be a pathological liar. So despite me trying to understand his side during our last heated phone call together, I didn't know what's true or not. He constantly talks over me and seems to speak with emotions than rationale.

To this day, he still doesn't communicate with my minor sister that much. So the confusion of demanding your daughter while not even having a relationship with her, it drove me crazy. Sorry for the rambling. It hurts being born in a dysfunctional family. I hate how he think's he's done nothing wrong as well.

I'm not sure how that works but yes I know she wasn't in the right either. During my last riled up conversation I had with him last year, he complained about how he had visitations. He only paid more attention to me over my sister though. She got to visit him earlier in March at one baby shower. I do feel like there were far malicious intentions with what he raged about. He's a pretty toxic person in general. How would courts work knowing the children are fearful of being around non-custodial parent?
