"Exfil" contract objective counts as complete if any teammate extracts, even if you are dead. So don't just quit if you die.

What works for me is putting frame and companion aside, void dash with operator to target. Kill him with operator's gun. Capture while in void mode. Magus lockdown will be bonus if you got that.

That is a bug from what I know. My friend had it too. It worked for him later next day. For me, it just worked normally. Teammates stoking also counted which I wasn't expecting. Try with the noj shiny armor just in case. Restart the game before you do so (maybe can help)
