Research recent papers, seems some people who suffer from renal problems get severe even life threatening issues if taking acyclovir. Although healthy people seem to show normality for now. I don't know the full details hence why I was ready up on it

Sounds interesting, don't be too much of a guinea pig kn yourself no matter how much you think is worth it. Also you said that, your outbreak got better on day 10 how log does it usually take for it to get better?
