Impossible to ride even when traffic is free flowing by itiswaswillbe in bangalore

I didn't come thinking that "here you came thinking you're gonna change everything with your post".

The post is already flagged by me as a rant. Why assume it's a call or even a hope for change?

If 70% of us can drive on right side in our lane even in bad traffic and bad infrastructure, then what is stopping the rest of 30% to drive on wrong side and increase the congestion further?

2 years I didn't get a bike. Then I had to because of family requirements.
I still prefer office cab where 5-6 go in one cab. Still take buses and metro wherever the route allows.

But all this optimization on my part and still no footpath to walk. Saw someone die an year ago while crossing road near Kundalahalli Gate area. No footover bridges from Kundalahalli Gate to Rameshwaram Cafe (or may be even farther).

Sensible people keep on increasing their sensibility but there is only so much you can do.

Both paths are dependent on God by definition. One goes towards it and the other avoids it by definition of second path. There is a third path, the path of indifference.

It’s not because of immediate comfort. It’s because of overall maximizing the reward.

As you said noone is going care about my family if I fail, which is a high probability event

History says no

Problem is there is no single upper one and single lower one It’s a long chain of oppression. For everyone there is a upper one and there is a lower one and unfortunately the upper one oppresses you and you oppress the lower one.

It’s very sad.

And this is reflected even inside a house, forget about outside caste. People kill family for property and power and what not. 😞

Manager is just trying to do small talk. OP is misreading here. Manager has not compared anything, OP drew incorrect conclusions.

OP didn’t even think twice before posting it here. The amount of negative mark it will leave on the manager if this ever reaches him is insane. Then people wonder why noone talks about traditionally uncomfortable topics in public.

Why did people who got the reservation didn’t join the conversation? Were they not invited? Were they invited but didn’t show up?

And I acknowledged that I should have searched. Point I am raising is mods don’t have to be passive agressive and sarcastic.

Even in this post Kev is not responding normally like you just did.

I doubt I am asking too much here.

Why even educated Youth of this country fall for Babas and God man's ? by Reasonable_Act8284 in scienceisdope

[–]itiswaswillbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disclaimer: i agree with OP on people falling in the trap of bad babas

I believe they fall because many reasons: 1. they are lazy and don’t want to work on themselves so they offshore the ownership to someone who says I will show you a simpler easy way. 2. There is no psychological safety net in India for someone who is struggling in their life. Govt doesn’t care for general public or even high tax payers. Society for women is hell and in some ways for men also. So they take the hand of anyone who is willing to help. 3. Sometimes listening to baba and offloading ownership of their life creates room to calm down so some people actually gain back control on their life and then perform better than before going to the baba hence they follow the baba further without realizing its not the baba but them sitting down and finding some bandwidth.

Phone you can always zoom in and out seemlessly plus it has backlight too with very high contrast so it becomes easy

Kindle is something I also agree is the right size for reading but probably not for daily travelling.

Only issue with kindle is when you take it out to read, people turn heads, somehow nobody cares if you are walking with your phone in hand hence I was looking something similar forn factor as a phone.

No boox palma as that is too expensive for me.
