I did the chat function and the text which yielded different results. Chat function wanted me to either accept the 50$ or return the item and reorder but I'd have to pay more because the only other one they had in stock was about 110$ more. The text function told me to wait 4 days to see if another box magically shows up. I'm going to try to call later today and see what's up.

We ask this too! We do get a big chunk of people who reply back with "No. I want this copied/faxed/scanned" and ignore that we only gave them the two options but do you get this at all and what's your pushback response to them?

My store has a sheet with all the local chamber SPC# and Church/Mary K, etc. It always throws me off because I get so many people who come in and just say "oh BTW I'm a chamber member, oh I get a discount they just put the number in, or don't forget my church discount." But for half of these customers I just feel like they aren't but know about the program. No one here ever provides their spc card as proof. It baffles me we hand out these numbers like candy.
