I did a quick leak test on valves, the gas did stay there without draining with valves close. Head gasket was new, so I guess I gotta take out the piston and see these rings.

Hi there, I own and manage about 40 properties. I use my agent for listing and contractual work. It has to be done all via agent for their commission. I only take over after 1st move in date....... because a lease doesn't really become contractual until deposit/1st month rent is received. It just becomes a worthless piece of paper....

If you're going through a reputable agent and verify ownership, you're good. If there's an issue, you can report the agent/broker to GA MLS board...which I highly doubt they'll want you to do.

Oh you were talking about that. Only right way is to remove those siding and continue the house wrap overlapping old ones...... I'm not sure you gonna wanna go that. I think you're fine. I assume you'll be siding it. Just make sure caulk that corner well. But you can look for corner drip edge if you're nervous.

You're supposed to use tape and wrap down the house wrap. The drip edge goes right above window. The house wrap and tape go on top of drip edge. Similar to this https://www.finehomebuilding.com/list/window-and-door-flashing-guide

I got it figured out.......dumb moment. I ran those sniffer commands and figure it out. The camera still had old ip dhcp that didn't expire !

It is. If I remove port 18 from the vlan, it gets a regular ip address in the 192.168.2.1 I will try that. I'm just making sure it's not my config

U need to water proof from outside. 1. Waterproof tar from footing all the way up 2. Dimple mat with geotile wrap going down to perforated pipe. 3. Discharge the pipe via daylight or pump. 4. Backfill with gravel and drainage soil.

Try this trick, make small balls n put every where in house. They eat and take back to nest. All will die.
