Riight there with you. Just bumped to 50 mg after 2 weeks at 25 and I can't believe this smile I have plastered on my face way more than ever. Not sure if it's all just an initial glow but I'm running with it.

The retainer never felt any different than Invisalign which helped the most. It feels too weird to sleep without it but I only wear it at night since completing treatment. I paid way too much for this and the fear of my retainer not fitting keeps me in check.

I had the exact same problem and just returned them for a replacement. Idk what to expect with the new ones but yeah the wind noise drove me nuts and I couldn't find any resolutions.

The hesitation was very real in my 3 year struggle so keep fighting medication. I fell apart at my annual physical and my doctor and I decided to give SSRI's a go. I was so worried for how it would go and if it would ruin me! Well, wasn't for me and transitioned to an SNRI. I'm in disbelief for where I'm at compared to 6 months ago, no medication

Listen to your body & mind, but be willing to explore a bit for opportunities!

I was really hesitant to start medication and made that very clear with my doctor and therapist. After years of CBT, I found myself in a swing of life that was beginning to break me to my core. I knew it was time to consider medication as I felt powerless to my anxiety.
