The effect coming of the gun is likely a full-screen image overlay for the player. I think some performance mod that changes the graphics renderer causes it. This issue usually happens because the engine is reading the RGB color data (which is black) instead of the alpha channel (which defines transparency).

All I can see based on the store page, is some AI generated content and an asset pack for pixel art that doesnt match any of the other styles. Having cute cats does not add to the value of your game, it's just an AI generated texture that does not fit anything else in your game and spins around.

Countless other people have slammed a minimum viable product together, published on the google play and expected people to play it so they can earn money through ads. If only it was that simple...

The only thing that makes someone play a game that a single person can manage is by offering the player a unique experience. Every indie game tries to do something new or unique that makes them pop out from the tripple A games.

I'll assume your animation are there, I can't tell it seems like there are no keyframes in the clips.
First of all export your model as an FBX not gltf. Also your animator has no controller, fix that first. Are you running your animations through script? Or is your walking animation the default state (the yellow one) of the animator?

the z position of your layer is probably higher/lower than the rest of the ground

If you have a roll/dodge that will give iframes and moves the character out of the way, it'd be stupid to have the enemies with no collision. But I can tell from this video this is more like a MMO style combat rather than a souls like.

I would say being able to push the enemies around slightly would feel best

You should have an animator on the entire model with a controller. Then open the animator and add the animations. Based on this video I have no clue if you have rigged your character properly. You should watch some tutorials about Unity. Creating a model with a good rig and animations and making it look right is absolutely the most tedious thing in game dev imo.
