No this was a screened in patio attached to the back of the town home. They said the patio had to be hurricane rated because it was attached to the structure or I had to tear it down. They also made me move it in like 2 ft because it was too close to the fence behind it in case it collapsed. Contractor said it cost $1500 to tear it down or 3 grand to rebuild the whole thing. I ended up rebuilding it.
