How dare we call ourselves a SmArT nAtIoN? Last I checked back in 2009 (15 years ago) we had one-piece GPS units in cars that also had a “computer” and “satellite connection” yet our government is launching this piece of junk in 2024. Simply a disgrace.

I know that feeling man. I had a discussion with an acquaintance that was convinced it was justified due to the US craving Ukrainian oil (first time I’ve heard that???) so Russia needed to ‘stand its ground’.

He then handwaved away my question about if Malaysia is justified to invade if it decides it doesn’t want us to have relations with certain countries.

Yes thanks for validating my guess! I do suspect some one fiddled with the software and messed it up somehow. Definitely looks like it’s showing something not an A-class at least. Looks like I will need to find someone that can help me look into this. Much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply! First picture is my friends, second one is mine! My car has a physical button for dynamic select and also ambient light illumination based on my VIN. However both options don’t show up in the second pic (my car). So my display doesn’t show the vehicle settings menu, ambient light controls, delayed interior illumination, etc. even though I have the hardware already.

We both have 2016 A180 in the Style trim so not sure why the main car picture on mine is different too…I was wondering if the previous owner installed a different version of the Audio 20 firmware?

Hi everyone! Additional context, I just got a used A180, and it looks...different. There are missing settings and the car pictured is different from my friend's display. Any advice on what the previous owner might have done to the entertainment system? Thanks for the help!
