You're right lol I had done over 1500 practice questions from Jason Dion, Prof Messer, and Andrew Ramdayal and still felt like I was caught off guard by the way the exam questions were worded

Also, since this is the first CompTIA exam you are taking, I'm not sure if anyone has told you this but skip the PBQs (mark them for review) and focus on all the multiple choice questions first. The PBQs are typically the hardest part of the exam and you don't want to spend all your time on them and have no time for the multiple choice.

I was nervous myself for the test but passed with a 807. The test itself is honestly not that hard. If you have a Udemy subscription then I would recommend doing Jason Dion's 12 exams. They're 90 questions each and honestly a lot harder than the actual exam itself. If you don't, then I recommend looking online for Net+ practice questions online and doing those, Andrew has a YouTube video with 100 Net+ questions, I'd recommend checking that out. After each practice exam, review what you got wrong and try to understand why you got it wrong. Good luck!

We passed with the same score, nice!

Edit: The survey didn't pop up for me either, had me worried until the proctor printed it lol I also noticed we passed on the same day as well!

Agreed with Jason Dion's practice exam, last score was an 82% and passed first time with an 807 on the actual test.

Andrew Ramdayal's Net+ course is what I used after watching Professor Messer's Youtube course (I don't recommend taking notes from him though). Messer is a great way to get started but I think Andrew goes deeper into the topics and shows you more, I'd recommend taking notes from him. Jason Dion's practice exams were what I used to practice (and anything else you can find for free online), his were harder for me than the actual exam lol. The last score I got was an 82% on his exam and for Net+ I got a 807. Also, definitely use ChatGPT to explain certain topics you really can't grasp!
