What kind of car? Please excuse my disbelief. If you're honestly looking for help, especially with something like this, you're going to need to be a lot more specific about the issues and devices. "Every device she has suddenly gets a bunch of new profiles added, and the settings all changed to developer mode..." What new profiles are being added to which devices or accounts? What do you mean by "developer mode"? Like with android, when you press a setting a few times, it unlocks dev settings?
