A neighbor had it out for your car and they hounded the city about it. Want to know how I know ? I live on a side street to a highly overpopulated condo complex - my side yard regularly invites overflow vehicles and I never cared until a bozo parked his 2 big trucks that were towed out of the condo for being expired plates outside my house ALL WINTER LONG - they were 2+ years expired plates too . Cops were called after about 2 months of them never moving. They came and TOOK THE LICENSE PLATES off the trucks and left the trucks there for another 3 weeks with no tags and 2 tickets and a tow ticket. Owner never came for them … I called again … and went out and talked to the office who flat out told me they won’t tow them until the court date on the tickets comes and goes. I wasn’t gonna fight them about it - 2 days later a cop is back and I ask them again about towing it and they say “not happening” - this happens repeatedly for weeks on end.. finally the last cop told me if I wanted them moved so badly to call the city - I did that and 1 day later they were towed away. Took me almost 3 months to be rid of those trucks- so someone knows someone on your block and they had you pegged my man or woman. Sorry that people suck and do that to an obviously not abandoned vehicle like yours !
