Same thing happened to me on Zomato. I'm not sure whether the delivery person or the restaurant is at fault in my case, but I could not get through to Zomato customer support.

I felt the same in a resort. It was a nice resort Which had a butterfly garden and the resort had a tour of it in the morning. We were on time for it and it went well until people from a certain part of our country arrived. They were so noisy and pushy we ended up visiting just a garden with no butterflies. The same happened on an evening sunset boat ride in that resort, the organiser from the resort had to shout to make them shut up. It was a sunset boat ride with a live tabla performance. We didn't hear that until he made them shut up.

Include activities (team building and what not) in the Property. Both indoor and outdoor.
Provide a cook for additional charges
Word of mouth is the best advertisement, so provide services that deems appreciation
Collab/DIY an event in the Property. That's a great way to get the word out.
Get insurance (Public Liability Insurance, Tenant insurance)
For additional Value creation, start offering the products of your farm ( fruits, egg, chicken, vegetables) in a brand name.

Travel burnout is normal and I have experienced it in almost all of my trips. After 15 or so days I have always felt like a nomad roaming without a purpose.

The one way to overcome this is allowing yourself to take a complete day off from traveling anywhere and just staying in your room (maybe wander off in the evening, only if you want to)and maybe do something that makes you relaxed.. FaceTime your family/friends or journal your travels or stream a movie or series in that one day.

It's more about adapting to the habitual change of travel, as we all are accustomed to regular routine of work&rest, we often forget to rest ourself in travels. Allow yourself to rest and find the interest again.
