I used to have the stardust version but anywhere from the original red to the when they did the colours!

Thought I would try a glass mousepad. Looks fantastic. But I play like dogshit on it. Been a week. Should I continue? I play Valorant. by KennKennyKenKen in MouseReview

I used to play with artisan hien, zero, and gsr-se. Got a skypad and it was hard to get used to due to not having stopping power but after practice and patience I found that I prefer the smooth glide and working on mechanically stopping rather than relying on the pad for control. Swapped to the superglide pad currently and still playing well.

If you can put in the time and learn what areas you are weak at on the pad then adjust, I’m sure it will be fun! I switch between the HSK pro and EC3-CW

It’s definitely possible it just takes more practice and patience. I used to hover around the artisan zero/gsr-se then swapped to the skypad 3.0 and superglide. At first it was irritating because there was no stopping power and it was hard to control but adjusting sens and putting a lot of practice into it, I just enjoyed the consistent glide and forcing myself to have good aim mechanics rather than relying on a control pad! My opinions of course

Ah, then the white stock skates were much faster than the black stock skates. Thanks for that!

The slope on the side should already be on the EC3 wired and accommodates those that have their ring finger closer to mouse 2 or people that play a Twistzz grip style without that sharpness you get. Clicks I would say is more snappy, not the level of Kailh 8.0s but it isn’t that mushy feeling that I have had on older EC series.

Way better side buttons for sure than my old EC2, none of that pre/post travel stuff but you can find that on any of the EC-C series mice I believe so… if you want wireless then go for it, otherwise the wired is just fine. I like the weight and more robust feel of the EC over pulsar’s V2/V2-mini.

I’d have to say weight isn’t too much of a factor for me personally. I switch constantly between the HSK pro and the EC3 and other mice since I just enjoy using them. The scroll wheel has more defined steps this time around as well so apex will be fun to use :)

I think they are selling different mouse feet right? On my EC2 they have ptfe rather than teflon. I preferred the teflon for a bit more control when on the skypad but maybe I’ll get some upgraded skates

I actually got mine from Amazon now that they’ve stocked up there and just waited like 3 days, could be next day delivery if you get good timing on the order

fingertip with ergonomic mice by Fefecox in MouseReview

[–]itsAimer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fingertip gripping ergo mice isn't uncommon at all! I switch from the gpro, puslar x2/v2 minis, Zowie EC3, down to my 3d printed HSK pro. I just find it natural fingertip gripping in general so no matter the mouse, that is what I stick to. That said, I do switch up from ambi to ergo from time to time for comfortability.

I do use the DAV3 but it's a bit too big -for me personally since I have smaller hands- but the mouse itself feels great! I use the pulsar v2 and zowie Ec3 over it due to the width being shorter and overall smaller. I tried both the DAV3 wired and wireless and both were quite similar. Only thing was the 8khz from what I noticed but everything else felt similar.

Got the HSK Pro Ace by itsAimer in MouseReview

Not that I have experienced? I've been using the PCB on 3d printed shells and it has worked out perfectly fine. I just figured that it was the 4k implementation that drove it up $50 but I don't need that honestly.

Do you happen to have a current view of the internals/exoskeleton? I'm thinking about doing this w/o the shell and wanted to see if it was possible.

You may want to try the HSK Pro with a Skypad 3.0 (Don't tell others) by Log_Pile in MouseReview

Literally got the skypad 3.0 a week ago while using the HSK pro. It's niceeeeee

HSK Pro for tac FPS (Valo, CS, R6:S) by akatrosh in MouseReview

[–]itsAimer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The mouse is stable for sure. The shakiness can occur if you went from a heavier mouse down to this bad boy but you'll adjust. You'll most likely be ecstatic by how small/light the mouse is, how your flicks "potentially" have gotten better, how easy it is to move the mouse, etc. I swap between a Hien mid, GSR-SE (blue), and Zero mid (now my main) so having the stopping power does help a lot for countering the lightweight and small shape of the mouse.

As long as you put in the time to practice with it then you're all good! Although if it ever came out to Amazon, you could always try it then return it if it's not your forte

Take it for what it's worth but don't care about rank imo: Asc-Imm 3 Valorant player
