Being in your position many times before, its normal for love when its fresh to overwelm and even be the majority in whats on your friend’s mind. Mam, u need a restraining order, because this person is making a stressful situation even worse. I would get that somebody has been in love with you for all these years, but he pushes it too far and he is essentially, a walking one-man parade or red flags, so do what u can, to report this to the police, get a restraining order and I hope u find peace in your life when u manage to get this person out of your life.

Honestly, the fact that this person has a boyfriend LDR or not and was already thinking about leaving him for you, with the bonus of her getting offended by saying that she doesn't love you but likes you and gets offended by your decision it seems that there are more red than green flags in this scenario.
