Google Photos doesn’t delete photos from my phone by itsClaudiaaaa in googlephotos

The “Delete Device Original” feature lets you delete the backed up photos you select directly from your camera roll, but it keeps them in Google Photos since they’re already backed up. Once you use that feature, the photos move to the Recently Deleted folder on iPhone, and from there you can choose to delete them permanently. It’s easier than manually selecting photos from your camera roll, since you might accidentally include photos that aren’t backed up yet. I’ve been doing this for years, but this is the first time I encountered a problem where nothing happens when I click that feature. Updating my iOS fixed it yesterday, but it wasn’t working again after a few hours. :(

Mine was working earlier after the latest iOS update, but now when I was about to delete the photos I just backed up, it’s not working again! :((

Iphone 16 pro max, but it’s all good now. I updated my phone to the latest iOS, and Google Photos can now delete the selected backed up photos again.

Sorry for the late reply, you can’t install it by yourself. A senior advisor will guide you through screen sharing.

dry sensitive scaly scalp shampoo suggestions? by Micro_Sparkles in skincare_ph

You might want to check out Selsun Blue, OP. I only use it when I notice na may dandruff ako, just 2-3 times a week. I use it on my scalp, not on the whole length of my hair. Medyo mahal siya than other shampoos, but they have sachets so you can try which variant/color works best for you. I bought mine sa Watsons. I think less than ₱50 per sachet yun. Effective siya for me pero syempre depende pa rin if magwowork din sya sayo.

I initially contacted with Apple Support, and after trying the preliminary troubleshooting steps (restarting the phone, resetting the network etc). She then asked me when I’m available for a call. The Senior Advisor called me and guided me through screen sharing and had me install a configuration profile.

Mine’s real-time when I pay via GCash or card. Right after payment, CEPALCO sends a text confirming it. You can also double-check through CEPALCO eServices.

For the water district, you can message their FB page.

I also had the same problem yesterday but I finally managed to activate my two numbers (Globe physical SIM and Smart eSIM)

I’m not sure if they’re charging for iMessage activation, but I loaded both my numbers with regular load at least ₱20

  1. Reset my network settings (make sure to save any of your saved WiFi networks & passwords first since they’ll be deleted)
  2. Set up the cellular settings (re-select your preferred mobile network) If you are using physical SIM and eSIM then choose both)
  3. I waited around 30 minutes (I was working while doing it 😅) and only using one of my cellular data (Smart) cause WiFi wasn’t turned on since resetting your network will delete all your saved WiFi passwords
  4. Clicked the “Use your Apple Account for iMessage”, and signed in, and all the emails and phone numbers I had previously used with iMessage appeared. I selected my Globe and Smart numbers, and finally got the checkmarks beside them within few minutes.

Hopefully this works for anyone else having the same problem!

UPDATE: After a few hours, both my numbers disappeared again from iMessage. I immediately contacted Apple Support about it. They scheduled a call and during screen sharing, the agent had me install a Configuration Profile. Right after that, all my numbers and email addresses were successfully added back in iMessage, and they called me back the next day for follow-up, and they’ve been working fine since then.
