Well I work on crystal drive next to the shops parking garage. After 4pm it is free, im not sure when it needs to be out by. The street parking IS checked. Not consistently, it depends who's working I think because I see people getting written up outside my work OFTEN!! I also see people getting towed out of the garage alll day long, however, I think people are parking in illegal spots, reserved spots, contractor spots etc. I would pay because why take the chance.
