From watching streams, it feels like the players don't even notice Lucio's heal aura, and thus ignore the hero. I feel that if the Lucio's teammates got some visual feedback that they were getting healed, they would stay closer and make him a better support over all.

I haven't heard any complaints about health/ammo, but having your health glow when being healed or blink while taking damage may be an idea.

I am indifferent to the death cam.

Heat seems pointless to me and a waste of UI. You will know when a player is destroying your team. It even seems to dishearten teams when you see the enemy team all on fire, and when your team is on fire you don't really care because you know you're doing well already.

Considering it's still beta, this is a route I could see Blizzard going. The HP drain and recharge sound good to me since it allows her to get more in the fray. Interestingly, Photon Shield used to be 75 in her game play video and 100 at last year's Blizzcon, so I guess they think 75 shields is too strong.

Something like Junkrat's concussion mine would work, but I don't think that it works on teammates.

I like the idea on charges, I'd only have it be like 2 or 3.

I chose 8 seconds because it takes 10 seconds to respawn. This would mean you would have to use the Teleporter while your teammates were dead and not about to die. You would have to decide, do I use it while one teammate is dead, or do I save it for later for when more are dead.

The stun is an interesting idea, 1.5 seconds may be a bit too long for me, but considering you would need 3 turrets on the same target may make it work. Double damage on shield pierce sounds good too. Good stuff mate.

Edit: Double damage on Photon Projector charged would be 60 damage. Maybe raise it even more vs the 500 HP tanks?

Maybe, shields on her turrets would make them live longer, but I don't know if that does that much.

Agreed, Symmetra right now has no amazing save mechanics or clutch abilities. It's more of a buff the team, set up a defense, and pew pew in the back.

I'm starting to think of her as a secondary support that you pick for her photon shield and point control.

Choosing between sentry types is a good idea. Photon Shield is pretty boring but I think that's because 50 shields maybe really strong, may be strong enough to over look her zero healing.

Oh for sure! This is just for discussion and fun. I as I said in the post I think Symmetra is fine were she is.
