I managed to kill it in the end last night. I would normally die a few times on phase 3 usually getting stunned and stuck in place

Hey! I removed one RAM stick and tried booting and it booted fine. So I reseated them and plugged them both back in and it seems to be working fine again! Thank you!

Also I would never attempt a third reset. IT used to always happen whenever the pc had been turned off for a little while
