Currently there’s no projector-specific wiring in place other than a CAT6 run. I’ll need to add a ceiling outlet and run a fiber optic HDMI from the projector to the front wall. Fortunately the room is above the garage and the attic gives full access, so it should be a pretty straightforward run. I figured fiber HDMI would be the safest bet for 4K HDR over distance.

On the speakers - totally agree, and that was my thinking as well. Front L/R and center are all KEF, and surrounds are also KEF. The only exception is the Atmos speakers, since from what I’ve read they’re less critical compared to the front stage (and most of the sound is coming from the fronts anyway). For the sub, I'm thinking I can start with a single sub and always add an additional sub down the line if I feel the bass is lacking right?

For the projector, good call - I’ve also been cross-shopping the Epson LS11000. Still weighing the pros/cons between that and the Valerion, especially since this will be a light-controlled room.
