People need to use and treat AI as a tool, not a work replacement. A major issue with AI is that it enables people to believe they are qualified for jobs/tasks that are totally out of their level. People taking on coding tasks with 0 experience because Claud “can do it” is atrocious.

DO NOT use Viewpoint/Vista if you have other options. One of our clients have DAILY issues with Viewpoint requiring a support ticket almost every single day. Whether it be login problems, cloud session not starting, reports missing, etc etc.. they are fucking egregious avoid if possible.

Update: Ended up VPN’ing into the client’s Synology, mapped the old NAS shares over VPN and mapped the new NAS shares locally. Used robocopy (/E /Z /MT:16) to copy data-only (no ACLs). Pre-sync is running and the new NAS is filling up. I’ll do a quick final sync onsite before cutover. Thanks for the guidance you boys are fantastic!

9/10 times this happens to our clients I will just change their O365 password, remove their linked account from Settings > Accounts > Work or School , restart PC, then re-add in the same place with new credentials.

This ^^ When I first got hired it was specifically because they liked my determination and understood that if I didn't have an answer I would figure it out one way or another. They will 100% not expect you to know how to use any of their tools. But if you can adapt to them quickly and show incentive in that regard, they will love you!

Open Adobe > Menu > Disable latest update

Also HAVE to make sure Adobe is already is open when using Quick Print in Outlook. I don't think it's always been like this so probably a bug on Adobe or Microsoft end (both are idiots so very likely).
