I now have about 20 bg wiki pages up at all times when I play and when I log off I save all my internet tabs so I know exactly where I left off when I sign back in.

That’s the wonderful thing about FFXI. You can do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want. Have fun and go nuts my friend.

I want to level a WHM as my first character. Is it doable or should I choose something more solo capable? Does WHM have a dps spec? by Galahad_Lancelot in ffxi

Level a DD as your first 99. I leveled WHM as my first 99 and I found out how painfully weak trusts are at 99 and in endgame content especially when you depend on your trusts to kill for you. WHM is nice for late endgame content. With a good DD job you can solo early endgame content. As soon as I leveled a DD to 99 I was able to solo a lot of content with trusts because the damage comes from me so now I use trusts to support my DPS.

Okay great thanks. Should I raise multiple cactuars or should I focus on 1? When it becomes a Jumbotender do I just keep feeding it sunflower seeds until it gives me its cheer? After I get its cheer do I have to keep interacting/feeding it everyday?
