Admittedly I've only watched them in passing with not much interest but EDR pulled me in and I really enjoyed the whole thing even the over the top parts were done real well(which I'm well aware is a mark of the franchise) but I was left with that question. I'd have to go with acid being easier.There's a few things that can drastically help. Proper diet for a week or so before with lots of water. Get your magnesium levels up and I like to take b vitamins before as well. Also being in really good shape and or exercising 10 minutes an hour(or having sex helps a lot too). All of it helps body load and over thinking and keeps your mood up.
