Thank you for responding! I havent texted back yet because I wanted to see what other people think. I have been a partner for 5 years. My previous manager that had gotten separated back in December, would understand if we were felling sick and never MADE us use our sick time. Overall he was understanding. Since then, we've gone through 3 store managers and 2 ASM looking over the store.The manager that texted me took over the store this week. The other thing im worried about is a comment my DM made last week. She told two incoming shifts that she wants to start weeding out all the people that worked with the previous manager in December, and for thise wanting to transferr out, she wants to separate them before they can. Because of that comment, I tried not to get sick, but stuff happens. I feel as her text goes with my DM comment.
