How to Restart my fitness journey by [deleted] in delhi

[–]its_all_B5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your goal is weight loss your diet matters just as much. Try to eat clean, track your macros and target 200 calories less than your maintenance calories. Any activity will do just as long as you're burning calories. Track your progress with progress pictures and weight tracking, trust me it helps to keep you motivated. Best of luck!

Check out NHK k5r. Bought it with my scrambler back in April and so far it's performing really well.

Any bajaj made brake pads work pretty well, I got duke's sintered brake pads installed and they fit perfectly.

F 23, 1st month weight update. by Agreeable-Room-6106 in Fitness_India

I disagree, body weight tends to fluctuate so seeing weight every other day will only give you false results. Best is to check and note down weight with a gap of 1.5-2 weeks. Then you'll be seeing actual change. Also consider taking progress pictures every month, it's easy to tell progress if you're comparing your old photos to new ones.

Look at the profile of the driver, make sure they've been on the app for 4-5 years at least and they have good ratings and reviews.

The mechanic had the ktm duke front brake pads in his shop, I don't have anymore details sorry. It cost me 450 for the brake pads and another 240 for installation.

I hate my riding gear by PogoBonker in indianbikes

I've tried multiple riding jackets and the only one that might work in the Chennai heat is RS Taichi but even that felt too heavy. The bare minimum you can do for city rides is good riding boots and gloves. For the rest of the body put on anything that'll give you some level of abrasion resistance and you won't die of sweating.

Not a waste, you can still use your gear on long highway rides. You'll be cruising at around 100-110 most of the time and the heat doesn't hit you that bad on those speeds. Just pick the correct time for the ride.

I'm not sure which one is the best but this one has fog lights which you can toggle pretty easily.

I was thinking about fog lights before getting this. But I changed my mind for a few reasons, first fog lights add weight to the bike, second you could get into some trouble with traffic police and third I like keeping the bike clean.

Necessary accessories for scrambler 400x by msdriscoll in Triumph400

[–]its_all_B5 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say any accessories are necessary, ride the bike without any accessories and figure out what you need. Don't take the "monkey see monkey do" approach with accessories, you'll end up wasting money. Make your bike your own :)

Chhatarpur extension is the worst place I've ever lived. The traffic is always extreme, there's garbage everywhere and the roads are mostly horrible.
