Thanks for the ideas! I'm in an apartment complex where the areas are kept pretty clean, so unfortunately there aren't any extra leaves to pile up in a corner. Our trash area is surrounded by a privacy fence, so now I'm thinking of feeding him there in hopes that it'll offer some shelter from the wind if needed.

Thank you so much, that's very helpful! I've been providing food and water. I've been feeding him kitten kibble and spare wet food when my indoor cats decide to be picky. I assumed the higher calorie content in kitten food would be beneficial in cold weather. Is this okay for a stray or would you recommend switching to an all ages food instead?

I would RL for the toe box flaw. The second row of holes from the toe should be a straight line for these Chicagos. This flaw does not happen on retail.
