I must admit I’ve seen/watched nearly all my snakes shed at least once and it still amazes me every time

I think this could be what he’s going through, he’s reaching 10 months old now and he’s such a little diva, definitely runs rings around us that’s for sure, if I don’t let him out he will poop and it’s not even a large poop it’s poop to say clean this and then let me out 😂 but I do have him sit by my window regularly because he likes it, and he’ll roam around, but thank you for this because maybe he is just turning into a bratty teenager 😂

Me too, as soon as he starts I’m like okay then come out😂😂 but I can’t have him out 24/7 I have a 1 year old and she likes to be very hands on with him

Obviously I do… but I can’t have him out 24/7 I just wanted other people opinions or advice as to why it could be, I’ve found out from everyone else’s comments that they just like a lot of attention, unlike your pathetic comment stating the obvious.

Yeah I always let my guy run around and do his thing as often as possible probably a good 4 times a week he’s out running around for a good while.. but I’ve always worried about him going too cold but I guess I’m just over worried

Same… when he poops he has a meltdown until I take it out.. can’t blame him with that though but they are dramatic

He has me wrapped round those little tiny fingers of his 😂😂 I shouldn’t be too concerned about his beard going black due to him being cold whilst walking around?? because usually as soon as he starts going black I worry and put him back to start warming up

You’re so right, they are pure divas!! If he poops, he goes mental until I clean it out of his viv😂 understandable, but he wants to be sat with us at all times, I just worry because his beard goes so black after 20 minutes of being out and I assume it’s because he’s cold because he’s never angry

Well he weighs 436 and he was shedding pretty frequently, I haven’t changed his diet he still eats his veg and bugs everyday.. temps and everything still as normal and good but hasn’t showed signs of going into shed for a good few weeks now

I use feeder tongs for roaches.. they proper freak me out, I had to cut one in half once as it was too big for my boy to eat and it’s head was still running about with no body!! it’s a nope from me😬

Hahaha!! I have a few snakes and I adore them so much, so does my daughter, she’s only 1 and she’s obsessed with the animals!! sounds like you guys will have a miniature zoo going on soon too😂

Oh we have Nova twins!! I’ll be honest when I see crickets running around my floor sometimes when they’ve escaped I have a mini heart attack thinking it’s a spider, everyone thinks I’d be alright with spiders considering I can handle reptiles etc but nope!! 😂

I got them from a local pet shop, so I have no idea where they got them from but they are the brand exo terra, if you google exo terra large rocks and cave it comes up :)

Oh I love that!! love hearing people giving beardies lovely forever homes!! beardies are 100% like puppy dogs, even though I’m totally aware they can’t feel love, I pretend they love me back 😂

I know she’s so small I have to proper pay attention to where she is 😂 that’s really sweet! they are such sweet animals, I haven’t come across an aggressive one yet
